These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pitput (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Recording telephone calls is regulated by law and requirements vary significantly by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable call recording consent laws (e.g., one-party vs. all-party consent statutes) in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of the parties you record. Pitput does not provide legal advice. We strongly recommend consulting a lawyer if you are unsure about your obligations.
By using the recording features of the Service, you represent that you have obtained all legally required consents.
The Service is offered on both a free and paid basis. Free tier features and limits are subject to change at any time. Paid plans are subject to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a refund policy.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pitput and protected by intellectual property laws. Your call recordings and data remain yours — we do not claim ownership of content you create using the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PITPUT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pitput and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including any failure to obtain required call recording consents.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
