Pitput stores call recordings on your behalf. You are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required consents from the parties you record. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction — many require the consent of all parties on a call. By using this feature you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents.
We retain your account data and recordings for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
We implement industry-standard safeguards including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and rate limiting. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
